That means: we take on the search for suitable candidates, support candidates in gaining work permits and other certifications and help you fill vacancies and integrate refugees and immigrants into your company sustainably.


And the good news is: you only pay a commission, if the placement is successful.

What do we do for you? 

Our practical approach ensures close and individual support in the various phases of recruitment and integration. This means that we suggest candidates for your selection, take care of the necessary work permits, inform you about potential subsidies and help you evaluate foreign qualifications. In order to facilitate a good match, we can help arrange a one-week internship for you to explore the candidate's experience and knowledge first hand. When the new job starts, we also monitor and support the integration of your new employee into the workplace during the first six months.
