You had to leave your home country? You saw no prospect there for a good future for you and your family? When you finally arrived in Germany you asked yourself: can I find suitable work here? Am I qualified enough? How can I best learn the German language? I don't yet have a valid residence or work permit - what does that mean for my life?
You may be afraid because you don't know what to expect - or who to turn to. You can relax: we at i2 TalentPool are here to help you. We do everything we can to ensure that your integration in Germany is as successful as possible.
And the best news is: this service is entirely free for you. Our service is paid for by employer commissions once you sign an employment contract and start your new job.
The core of our organizational culture is respect.
We meet you in a friendly, respectful, attentive and competent manner. We take the time to get to know you because we want to know who you are and what you want for the future. Above all, we want to understand you. We take your individual needs and cultural characteristics into account.
Work to live, not just to survive.
We do what we can for your integration and well-being in the best sense of the word. For us, this means seeking job opportunities according to your age, your qualifications and your language skills, so that you can earn your own living. In order to make your new start easier, we seek to give you the necessary support and orientation in all areas.
In the first step, we record your status and clarify what needs to be done so that you can and are allowed to work in Germany. It doesn't matter whether you only have temporary protection status or already have a settlement permit. We will help you to take the bureaucratic hurdles so that you can build a new future here. Once your status has been clarified, you have a choice: depending on which job you would like to do, you can either work directly or you must first take part in further training for refugees and migrants in order to increase your chances of a career in Germany. A recognition procedure can often also be used to check whether your foreign professional qualification is equivalent to the corresponding German qualification, so that you can also practice particularly qualified professions.
